How to choose creators and send them the ODT (Work Order)

Learn how to formalize your collaboration with content creators by sending Work Orders (ODTs) from your campaign's pre-selection view.

Once you've pre-selected the creators you're interested in, you can start sending Work Orders (ODTs) directly from Montu. This is the only way to formalize the collaboration on the platform.

Note: Work Orders are required for Montu to back the collaboration. If you work outside the platform without an ODT in place, Montu won't be able to help you if problems come up.

✉️ Where can I send an ODT from?

ODTs can only be sent from the Pre-selection ("Preselección") tab in your campaign.

  1. Open the campaign from your dashboard.
  2. Go to the Pre-selection stage.
  3. Check the boxes for the creators you want to move forward with.
  4. Click the blue Send Request ("Enviar Solicitud") action button in the top-right corner.

🧾 What can you set up in the Work Order?

Once you click Send ODTs ("Enviar ODTs"), a modal will open where you can:

  • Enter the final script for the content.
  • Set the delivery deadline.
  • Confirm the agreed barter and/or payments.

💰 What if the campaign includes a payment?

If the campaign includes a payment (in addition to or instead of a barter), you'll see a summary of the total cost in the bottom-left corner of the modal:

  • Net amount (what the creator receives)
  • Fee withholding tax
  • VAT (IVA)

Available actions

🟢 Option 1: Send ODTs (barter only)

If your campaign has no payment attached, just click Send ODTs. The system will automatically move the creator to the ODT Sent ("ODT Enviada") status in the pipeline.

💳 Option 2: Pay and Send ODTs

If your campaign includes payments, you'll see the Pay and Send ODTs ("Pagar y Enviar ODTs") button. When you select it:

  1. You'll be asked to fill in your billing details.
  2. Then you can choose the payment method.
  3. Once the payment is made, the ODT is sent automatically.

💡 Remember: creators can't see or accept ODTs until they're fully paid.

Ready to move forward? Once the ODTs are sent, wait for the creators to accept them and keep tracking their status from the campaign pipeline.
