Connect your social media accounts to Montu to import metrics from Instagram and TikTok.
Connecting your social media accounts to Montu gives you access to advanced metrics from the Instagram and TikTok professional dashboards and syncs them with your account on the platform. This helps you:
- See real metrics for your connected accounts (followers, engagement, reach, etc.).
- Improve the AI's recommendations when you create campaigns.
- Make it easier for creators to verify your brand.
🔐 Is it safe to connect my accounts?
Yes. Montu's Instagram and TikTok integrations are native and approved directly by Meta and TikTok.
Montu doesn't handle your credentials, passwords or custom permissions. All authentication happens through each platform's official flows.
🧭 Where do I connect my accounts?
- Click Settings ("Configuración") (bottom of the left sidebar).
- Go to the Integrations ("Integraciones") tab.
- Select the brand you want to connect the accounts to.
- Find the Instagram and TikTok rows.
🔗 How to connect Instagram
- In the Instagram row, click Connect ("Conectar").
- A window opens with Meta's official flow.
- Log in to your account and authorize the requested permissions.
- Once the process is complete, you'll be taken back to Montu automatically.
Remember that you need a professional account linked to a Facebook page to connect your account.
🔗 How to connect TikTok
- In the TikTok row, click Connect.
- TikTok's official authentication flow opens.
- Log in and grant the required permissions.
- When you're done, you'll be taken back to Montu automatically with the account already synced.
✅ What happens after I connect?
- Montu automatically imports the public and private data relevant for campaign analysis.
- This data appears on your dashboard and can be used when creating and optimizing campaigns.
- You can share this data with creators if you want, so they get to know your brand better.
